I am seeking a silent partner to invest in my restaurant. The money will be used for food supplies compressor grease traps insurance salaries and working capital. I have over 30 years experience cooking and I have 15 years customer service experience. I am currently in school for restaurant management. It has always been my lifelong dream to own a restaurant.
