Requirements Over 3 years of experience in Japanese food cooking is required Completion of high school education is required Basic English speaking is required and Korean will be an asset Wage C 17.00 hour with 35 hours working week including 10 paid holidays per year Job duties Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities on Japanese cuisine including sushi and sashimi Plan menus and create recipe and ensure food meets quality standards Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs Supervise activities of kitchen helper Oversee kitchen and sushi bar operations Prepare and cook food on a regular basis and or for special guests Please send your resume to akasakamission(at)gmail.com Hosea Enterprises Ltd.
