Disabled lady with lonely heart needs companion

I am 40 and in need of a service best friend. I need a smaller dog but I do not care what the breed is as long as it s loving and can learn basic commands. Please I am all alone now and I can not leave my house without a friend. If anyone has a loving little friend they can send to me so I can start living again I would be forever greatfull
