Growing upscale catering company seeking the right person(s) to assist chef and assume responsibility as Lead Cook in our new state of the art facility in Uptown Charlotte. Successful candidate will have minimum 5 years previous experience in several areas of food service industry to demonstrate diverse culinary knowledge sanitation practices efficiency and speed of completion of tasks. Strong supervision and communication skills required. Must be able to think outside the box under high volume conditions and work well with others. Also Quality Banquet Prep Cooks (2) - must have catering banquet experience.
