MUST HAVE AT LEAST 12 MONTHS OF VERIFIABLE TRACTOR TRAILER XP IN THE LAST 5 YEARS 1 shift available - Must be flexible to occasionally run another shift if needed. Monday - Friday (OFF Sat & Sun) 6 AM - 6PM 3 - 4 stops per day. Trucks cannot be taken home for time off. Trucks are left at the yard (at) 7030 Van Buren RD Syracuse NY 13209 FREIGHT ORIGINATES ON OFF LOCAL RAILYARDS. Run out of Syracuse rail yard. Drivers will operate a day cab. Drop & Hook pay rate is 21. Live Load Unload pay rate is 31. Detention is paid at a rate of 15.00 per hour. A driver will be paid hourly one & one half (1.5) hours following the arrival or customer appointment time whichever comes last. . Rail Delay is paid at a rate of 15.00 per hour after the 1st hour and will be paid in 15 minute increments. Rail delay consists of the time physically sitting in line while a train is blocking the tracks prohibiting your exit entrance from the rail. Driver Load Unload is paid at a rate of 45.00 per load. HAZMAT Pay is paid at a rate of 10 per load for all loads meeting hazardous materials criteria. Additional Details Hazmat required within 60 days. 12 months experience required. Onsite Ramp Specific training after Orientation We train them for a week. They are paid hourly rate of 17.00 hr when not driving. Once they start driving they are paid miles and stop pay.
