me gottum vedde good veddy nice 2bd - 2ba manifactured mobile home in senior park just outside of the town of Phoenix Oregon.aprox 40 miles inside oregon from the calif border about 10 miles north of ashland OR.and about 1 mile from I 5.the city bus stops at the park intrance.its about 1 mile to the town of phoenix Or.it is right off hwy 99.this home has mocho nice plants & srubs & trees and land scape blocks and white land scape rocks.it has a small water fall it has a white vinal fence on one side.block wall in the back and a redwood fence on the otherside i have in closed the 2 car carport & painted the carport floor light blue. also the front walk way is blue.there is a new weeping flowering cherry tree there is a new golden chain tree that has yellow like bells hanging down when in bloom.there is a pink flowering crabaple tree in front..i had a 30 yr roof put on 5 yrs ago 4000 00 w a new kitchen sky light..i had new light biege shag carpets put in 3 yrs ago over 3000.00. i just had a new heat pump put in last year. 3000.00...we had a dish washer hose break last year.in the kitchen i replaced some of the flooring and 1 ft up the wall behind the sink and cabnets was replaced i put in new white floor cabnets and new counter top new garbage disposal new white double sink and white fosit. all appliances are new new dishwasher new range new refridgerator new small up right freezer new off white lanolum.new skylight.new floor tile in 2nd bath room and laundry aera new skylight in 2nd bath room.new cabnet & water bason & new fosset new wall mirror medicine cabnet new comode & new type seat. new dining room light fixture new living fan new computer room cieling fan master bath room sinks 2 replaced with new fossets. this is why i am selling this home as is i built the add on pool table room. and shop with out a permit even tho its in exlent cond.i have to sell it as is. because the banks wont lend money on it.
