I need a officer of the law (law enforcement ) to optain ALPHA Tracking Trainscripts and or arest Thurston County Depities and afilites that were involed in The distruction of the residence at 4406 John Luhr Road in Olympia Washington on 8-24-2008 afiliates Lacey Police Looked to be runing a tracking program that I have been told can only be used in very very serious cases and has to be atleast one of three things a murder a child crime or a sex crime and i and people in my residence havent done any of those crimes at even the least so they must be useing the tracking program out of place (out of proper procegers) that listens to your thinking and transmits it out of your power meter (CEL-NET type SMART METER) and can run bad BIO rhythm in to you home electricty and efects you sleep heart rate and body bio rhythm in very bad ways and the trackers informants are or can talk to you with this BETA TRACKING SYSTEMand they have been very very Bothersome for six years pluss and are the cause of a incedent on 8-28-2008 that poisoned a residence with most gas the gas deployer had deployed in his days deploying gas and the tracking system and the atempt to poison me or kill me with out telling me i was under aresst or going to be was coverd up with perjury in incedent reports and my Jury Trial was perjured ten times by Thurston County Deputie Sheriffs I want these people arested and convicted if they dont fix there perjury or false statements and all damages and loss. The FBI said they wont be involed unless there is serious bodly damage I want these bad officers of the law ARESSTED they are still harassing me even this very moment they are saying words that throw my mind off of what I m typing so its very hard to keep on the subject I will be Forced to eliminate these trackers if they don t stop useing BIO rhythm into my moms bed room that put her in the hospital rescently with heart valve pulse timing from the planed atemt to get me mad from the trackers and a constant violation of the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION FOUTH AMENDMENT they have sent rivers of radio signals into my liveing area and when they hit the wall of the house and steps the river of energy flashed light at night and i was still in my car and the magnetic fild of the energy made it feel like my car was moving to the north at around fifty feet per second .
