Nurse (Napoleon OH)

Family Service of Northwest Ohio Comprehensive Crisis Care is seeking experienced Nurses for our mental health facility with a low client to nurse ratio. Duties may include obtaining vitals on clients obtaining required lab work conducting client education coordinating referrals scheduling meeting units of service expectation providing services as a team member and completing all necessary documentation. This position requires superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet acceptable Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) standards. Full and part time positions are available for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Candidates must have minimum licensure as an Ohio LPN or RN be at least 21 pass background check & post offer pre-employment drug screen have a valid driver s license acceptable BMV report dependable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
