New Position Just In......Permanent Need Winston-Salem Central Billing Office is seeking a strong Medical Revenue Finance Billing Manager to lead their team. Manager Overview Will oversee Staff of 16 will be responsible for hiring training discipline and or termination. Performing annual competency evaluations and overview for merit raises. Oversee payment posting for accuracy adjustments collections. Maintaining accounts adjusting bad debt overview of errors with corrections and or adjustments. Revenue Cycle management oversee entire function working directly with CFO. Claims management review and oversee timely submission of claims as well as follow-up of claims not paid. Will also oversee the refund process for both patients and insurance. Assures the accuracy of accounts being transferred to bad debt write off accurate posting of payments and adjustments negotiates to settle balances and provide supporting documentation. Manages the daily cash and contractual posting by monitoring the accuracy of the daily deposits. Reviews bi-weekly payroll company wide for accuracy monitoring deductions including PTO garnishments withholding in general etc. Position will require prior experience as a manager or supervisor in a similar roll. Available to work Monday through Friday 8 00am until 5 00pm attend regular managers meeting board meeting etc. This position will offer a competitive salary as well as benefits.
