This is a new position created because we are growing Working primarily in our Huntington market the Operations Manager directly impacts the customer experience and business outcome of the branch.Job Skills Requirements Reporting to the Branch manager the Operations Manager directly influences customer and employee satisfaction. Using operations and leadership excellence direct Account Managers and site Supervisors to insure successful delivery of routine cleaning special projects or other assignments so that customers and employees are delighted with the outcome. 1. Insure customer specifications are met 2. Directs and control supplies equipment and personnel necessary to meet work requirement using company standards. 3. Reviews inspections Quality Control Reports work tickets and selling for accuracy and cost control. 4. Maintains close relationships customers and conducts inspections to ensure customer satisfaction. Handles client concerns in a timely manner and reports serious problems to the Branch Manager and or VP of Operations. 5. Participates in bid proposals and coordinates job start-ups. Makes recommendations concerning adjustments in contractual or operational needs. 6. Responds to emergency calls and takes action to resolve matters. Coordinates and communicates procedures to crew and management. 7.
