On heavy-duty 2 wheels very easy to roll around in any direction. Measurements with cover on 42 x 28 x 18 . Lower section holds standard 17 rack devices. Very good condition. Comes with heavy duty integral 4-receptacle 3-conductor power box with 10 power line. Rack made of sturdy plywood cover made of lighter plywood. Cover can be easily clipped on or locked on for security. Very stable will not tip over. Cover encloses gear tightly and completely for safe transport but removes for easy access to front and rear.
