24 MONTHS OF T T EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Cent Per Mile (CPM) range is .31 - .46 and is paid for all HUB miles. You will increase to the next CPM level each year at your anniversary increase equivalent to .015 annually. All new-hire employees start at the first step ( .31 CPM) 31 Drop & Hook 46 If LIVE LOAD UNLOAD Detention or Rail Delay is paid at a rate of 15.00 per hour Driver Load Unload is paid at a rate of 45.00 per load. We discourage driver unloads as much as possible but in the event a lumper is not available at a customer drivers will be paid for unloading product consistent with the OTR scale of 45 HAZMAT Pay is paid at a rate of 10 per load for all loads containing hazardous materials Time Off Shift Starting out drivers will work 1 of the following shifts Only 1 spot per shift so may need to be flexible to start Monday - Friday 11am 1pm 3pm 4pm or 6pm start time. Sunday - Thursday 9am & 10 am start time. Friday - Tuesday 5am start time. Thursday - Monday 9am start time. Drivers need to be flexible to occasionally run other shift as needed . Truck stays at the yard for time off. We do not allow riders on this position. This is a slip seat operation. WILL TAKE LOADED RAIL CONTAINERS FROM THE RAMP TO CUSTOMERS WITHIN 250 MILE RADIUS. THEY WILL ALSO PICKUP LOADED CONTAINERS TO BRING BACK TO THE RAMP FOR SHIPMENT ACROSS THE U.S. HOME DAILY NIGHTLY DEPENDING ON SHIFT WORK ON DAYS OFF IS OPTIONAL. DRIVERS WORK 10-11 HOUR SHIFT. DRIVERS NEED TO LIVE IN NEW JERSEY. NO NY drivers. Tolls and Tunnel fees are to expensive for a driver to live in New York and drive back and forth every day.
