Family Service of Northwest Ohio Home Care Options is seeking a high energy top-notch RN to perform in-home client visits on a per unit basis. Must have home care experience ability to work independently be detail oriented comfortable working in the homes of elderly frail and disabled population and possess OH RN license in good standing. Local travel is required. Applicants must be at least 21 pass background check & post offer pre-employment drug screen have a valid driver s license acceptable BMV report dependable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
