Computer Specialist

The Computer Specialist is responsible for providing coordination and first-line technical and operational support for over 40 eBooks over 100 electronic products and over 20 000 users in our online learning management system ResourceOne on a variety of devices and platforms including Microsoft Windows Mac OS X iOS Android Canvas and Moodle. This includes coordinating with electronic product students and staff to ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner. Minimum qualifications High school and six years related experience with requirement to receive bachelor s degree within six years of hire OR Bachelor s degree and one year of related experience. Must have excellent phone and email customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work effectively as a team member. Must be able to coordinate and delegate multiple tasks. Experience with Windows Mac iPad iPhone and Android devices. Experience with a Learning Management System. Preferred qualifications Bachelor s Degree plus five years work related experience in the areas of electronic product support Learning Management System (LMS) support mobile device (iPhone iPad Android) support eBook support and PC or Mac support.
