Nail Technician Needed

Nail technicians of three tiers are needed for our growing team. Job Duties Assess hand foot and nail health Perform full set of manicure and pedicure related treatments clean shape groom and polish fingernails and toenails Perform Gel Nail enhancement services (Class 1 and 2 technicians) Perform artificial decorative Nail Art services (e.g. flat art 3D art air brush gradation etc.) (Class 1 technician) Train junior nail technicians (Class 1 and 2 technicians) Advise customers on beauty products suited to their coloring and skin type Maintenance of tools and equipment such as sanitation and disinfection. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in basic nail services At least 2 years of gel nail experience (for Class 2 technicians) At least 3 years of experience in nail design and decorations (for Class 1 technicians) Completion of a reputable training in nail care is considered an asset Outgoing excellent customer service and communication skills Must be a team player with can-do attitude Have keen sense of trends and manual dexterity Previous salon experience would be an asset Understand to maintain safe work practices and hygiene standards Knowledge of basic conversational English is required capacity in Mandarin and or Cantonese conversation is an asset.
