2005 Alpha SYF38RLES 3 SLIDES These are well built top of the line RV s. Not your normal mass produced Fifth wheel.The floors don t move when walking quality everthing cabinets counter tops etc..On a well built long lasting frame. I bought this to use it for weekend trips about a month ago.. Wife says it s too big We are going to get a new bumper pull we think...So off it goes. I was told it was used only 3 times. Then parked under some trees. No one obviously checked on it cause it was leaking in at least 3 spots Looks like at the sides of the slides. Not a roof issue. I think it s the slide seals or they just never had them fully closed. As a result there is is 3 small spots that will need floor repair.. and carpet repair replacement. The floor is soft in these areas.. if you step there. EVERYWHERE else is excel.. It really looks like it was only used a few times. And it was never lived in. I ve done some cleaning but it could use a bit more. Like a good waxing to start... What I know about the rv.. 3 slides Electric front stabilizers Electric rear stabilizers All lights work Central Air conditioning - Ice cold Awning ok. did not clean - original Rubber roof looks great to me .. King bed Fold out bed in the Living room Double fridge with Ice maker Solid counter tops Tires look fine.. but are probably old. Should be replaced I d guess. Though did drive a hour on them with no issue. Has those 3 leak spots I mentioned.. I d do the floor repairs and add new flooring.. I d guess 1k to have it done.And I would either clean the slide seals or just replace..they are cheap. Fan in bathroom will need to be replaced Has one small spot of minor delamination lust below front right bedroom window Tows great. And the brakes do feel like new. All directionals lights etc work fine. Wood work counters tub bed ceiling etc... all excellent 2 brand new batteries One photo is of what is installed..that should provide your basic build sheet. I have not tested everything yet.. but seems the electrical is fine. Haven t hooked water up or turned on the gas. I have no manual and very limited info online I will look to get with someone who knows how to test and will revise then.If it sits a bit. If it doesn t sell I will have the floors done and will just use it for now.. I have additional photos or can take some.. if needed.
