It is a corner apt that has a nice view with a balcony. Because it s a corner apartment is very spacious.There is a private bath kitchen bedroom and balcony. It is pet friendly and right across the street from Orange Coast Community College. Parking is located within the building at no extra charge and utilities usually run around 30 the rent is 1 611 not including utilities. It is a really nice apt complex there are two community pools a gym tennis courts child care center and 24 hour emergency maintaince. And its pet friendly even if you gave big dogs. You can keep the 400 deposit free of charge if you take it this month. That s seriously a good deal. The only reason I m leaving is b c it s too expensive for me right now.
