Growing Farmers Insurance agency is currently seeking to add a highly motivated Sales & Customer Service Professional to our team. Position Responsibilities - Servicing existing clients of the agency as well as generating leads - Setting appointments and writing new business for all types of insurance products Requirements - Active Property & Casualty insurance license is a requirement - Life & Health license is a requirement - Experience with Farmers Insurance products and systems is ideal Personal Characteristics Required - Highly motivated - Ability and desire to learn quickly - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task - Excellent PC and Internet Skills - Outgoing friendly personality - Ability to work well in team environment as well as independently The environment can be fast paced and the candidate needs to have a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to change. The position requires a smart motivated organized dependable professional responsible individual with strong sales skills. Must have the ability to self-manage develop professional relationships with clients and understand the importance of reliability and industry compliance.
