JOB DESCRIPTION Sales associate who loves new challenges thrives on constant change and wants to have a significant impact in the daily workings of a 24 7 contact center supporting both retail and auction formats of a nationally viewed jewelry company. Personal Shopper takes calls from customers who have an idea of what they want but are unable to find the item on the web or just prefer the personal touch . This position must be able to describe items in detail have a passion for shopping and be very patient with our customers JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional service to customers in a professional manner Follow call center policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer satisfaction Serve as first point of contact and strive to resolve customer queries at a 100% first time resolution goal Communicate daily with customers as required through inbound and outbound calls Provide positive customer experience Complete customer registrations update customer data and process orders with accuracy Participate in focus groups and continuing training as required to improve the quality of operations and self Achieve productivity targets as set forth by Management Perform other duties as assigned by manager in support of the company operation SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE 1yr of retail or sales or outbound experience Ability to influence persuade others Positive and energetic attitude required Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills Knowledge of Excel Word and Outlook Willingness to ask for help as needed EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent experience.
