Section 8 Housing Voucher.Rapid Re-Housing is going to help with the deposit.My credit isn t the best.I will lose my housing voucher opportunity if I can not find a place in a timely manner. This may be my only chance. Please help me I received my Section 8 Housing Vouchers on March 17th and I have to find housing in 90 days or they will give my housing opportunity to someone else. My monthly rent limit is 590.My credit is poor but I have been slowly working on improving it. I have no evictions or criminal history. I don t have a lot of rental references but I have a couple.I am looking for a property like a House Duplex or Manufactured Home rather then a large complex with a lot of people. I am looking for 2 bedroom or large 1 bedroom hopefully 700 sqft. There must been a 1 year lease. The landlord must pay water sewer and garbage. I really need the rental to have a washer and dryer or hookups. I would like a ground floor unit but I can handle a small amount of stairs. I am looking for long term housing because it is so hard for me to make the actual move. I am not looking for a room mate. Single dwelling. My current housing situation is a good mix with my Disability. I would like to move as soon as something is available. Spokane area. Please reply to my ad is you can provide any assistance.
