Busy Motel with Home attached. Great opportunity for a Stay at home Mom. Our Normal oporating hours are 8AM. to 10PM. Monday through Saturday. Closed at Noon on Sunday to Reopen at 8AM. Monday. The hours are completely up to you....you are the BOSS. Normal working cleaning hours are 2-4 per day. (where else can you read a book or craft all day & make up to 500.00 per day) We go shopping about once a week. We go out to dinner when we like. Just post the Closed will return at sign. Work around your Customer arrival times. Kane Motel has been in operation for 75 years. In the early 1900 s it was a Boarding house. It has been Family Owned & Operated the entire time. All of the Families have taken Great Care of it. There are 10 Rooms total for rental purpose & a two bedroom house for living space. Pictures can be seen at Kane Motel on Facebook. Some of Our Customers have been coming for 25 Years. Customers come for Family Reunions Weddings New Babies Alumni Funerals or just to get away from the busy life of the big cities. We have Customers from All Over the World. They come down from the Bufallo Niagara Falls area on their way to Washington DC or vice versa. They do the Route 6 tour & we are on that Route. Everyone Loves the Peace & Quiet of our area. They like our location as we are in town & within walking distance to 6 restaurants the main street of town & several Churches. They come to do Hiking Biking Snow Mobile riding Hunting & Fishing. We have Regulars that come back 2-8 times a year. Fishing Hunting & Alumni Weekends are booked a year in advance.
