Looking for a small breed puppy

My husband is a Vietnam veteran who is looking for a small breed puppy for free. We had a Chihuahua for 17 1 2 years untill we had to put her down last year. We miss her alot. We are not trying to repace her we just need one to help overcome our sadness.we are on low income and can not afford to pay for it. But believe me when we have a PET they are the most spoiled pets. we treat them with love and support.
