The power cord in picture 2 has about a half an inch gash just through the outer coating on cable. The inner wires are just fine. I have electrical tape over area at the moment. You could keep it that way or if you wanted to it is close to the end and you could cut it there and put on new plug. But it works great the way it is. All lights and sounds and music work great with the exception of the middle reel has a light out. I have about 10 light bulbs that go with it for you to put a new on in. Comes with ten extra light bulbs Both keys which are attached to machine by a long chain and about a 1 000 tokens. It also has a Auto stop chip. The chip is shown in picture 3 with the black tape under it. This makes it so it plays like an American slot machine. You just pull down black handle and the reels stop automatically. If you want it to be a skill stop again where you pull down the handle and push the buttons that stop the reels all you have to do is remove the chip. Which is very easy to do. Also comes with a universal manual on a CD-R disc in PDF format. This machine is made by Daido Sankyo for the American market. All in English.
