Hours of work 9 00 am to 3 00 pm Monday to Friday with opportunity for additional hours The ideal candidate will have administrative experience will possess professional customer service and communication skills and is able to work on own initiatives. Knowledge of the real estate industry is an asset but not a requirement.Duties include but not limited to Reporting to the office manager responsibilities include Answering and directing telephone calls and paging appropriate agent Greeting receiving and directing clients General office duties faxing photocopying scanning e-mailing filing Receiving and sorting faxes and mail Creating listing brochures flyers Creating transcribing formatting and proof reading Microsoft Office documents Arranging and ordering couriers Pulling Land Titles Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systemsSkills Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills client relations and must get along well with others Ability to prioritize and organize Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook excel publisher Strong knowledge of Windows Fast learner adaptable multitask and independent Able to be self-motivated Good problem solving skills Excellent telephone etiquette Punctual Apply with Cover Letter and Resume by Fax (780)460-2205 or E-mail englishbob(at)telus.net
