Wanted Room for rent--Tacoma to Centralia

I am a mature quiet and clean gent who is looking for a room to rent for April 2015. I am a NS & non-drinker. I am on Social Security so I can afford only up to 350 mo (including all utilities). I would like to have internet and laundry on-site also. I have 8 years of property management experience (as manager) so I have been on both sides of the property fence. I am looking to get back into that field again so I need a month-to-month arrangement. I am currently living in a house out in the country on Hwy 12E (near Ethel WA) but want to get back closer to I-5 preferably. I am looking for a room in the areas from Tacoma south to Centralia but would also consider the Olympic peninsula area from Shelton to include Aberdeen Sequim & Port Angeles (but not the western section of Hwy 101 N toward Forks.)
