Visiting Angels is looking for an excellent Care Team Manager. You must be an extremely organized self-motivated individual who is able to meet timely deadlines and work quickly in a fast paced environment. Multi-tasking ability time management skills and attention to detail is a must The Care Team Manager must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Job duties include but are not limited to the desire and patience to connect establish a rapport and form relationships with the elderly and people with disabilities frequent meetings with clients and caregivers in the home listening compassionately and ascertaining the specific needs and requirements of a diverse demographic of clients and motivating and coaching caregivers in following established policies as well as in providing quality client care. The Care Team Manager will also maintain professional relationships and work collaboratively with outside community agencies to provide a supportive care plan for clients. Strong computer skills required. Excel Word and PowerPoint proficiency strongly recommended. This position is full time.
