MONTH TO MONTH RENTAL GREAT LOCATION Hi we are renting out the 2 upper bedrooms of our 3 bedroom home in St. Paul (near the Midway area) situated In a quiet neighborhood. Great location Each room is 450 rented out separately and this includes utilities (except wifi). Or rent both rooms for 850 and have the whole upstairs. They are not furnished rooms. WE ARE NOT REQUIRING CREDIT CHECKS as we know that it s hard to have great credit due to life s circumstances. We do require proof of employment or how you will pay the rent. You will also have a good landlord referral when you move out which is always helpful We are requiring a damage deposit of 200 to be paid before move in along with first and last months rent. As both rooms are open right now we are also giving the option to have one renter (or couple) rent both rooms and have a more private area. We are sympathetic to people in need but we cannot reduce the rent or trade the room(s) for work. Both rooms have fresh paint (actually the whole interior is freshly painted ). There is a an extra room also upstairs that is outside the bathroom that could be a good tv room or den. It is NOT a bedroom as you have to pass through it to get to the bathroom. (In the pics it is the room with the rug). It s about a 10x10 area. There is a church across the street and a school kitty corner from us. We are close to 94 and 36 so it s just a short drive to Minneapolis. Also very close to Como Zoo. Marydale Park is a short walking distance down the street. Bus Stop also just up the street We occupy the bedroom on the main floor and are looking for trustworthy easy going people to rent to. We are both busy and keep to ourselves in our downtime. There is ample street parking and a moderate sized yard. There s also parking in the back alley.
