Property Maintenance Landscaper Gardener We are an established property maintenance company looking for hard working EXPERIENCED property maintenance workers with at least 1 year(s) of experience. We are offering a full-time position and seasonal full-time positions Monday to Friday. We maintain strata townhouse complexes. We are looking for people who want steady long term employment to join our team. Must have operated all pertinent maintenance equipment i.e. trimmers hedge pruners lawn mowers lawn edgers leaf blowers etc. (able to drive truck with trailer snow plow truck and equipment experience would be an asset). be physically fit (this is a physically demanding job) strong work ethic enjoy working hard enjoy working in sunshine or rain dependable team oriented and be able to perform tasks quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision be energetic plant identification excellent communication skills have an eye for detail. have a valid BC driver s license and clean driving abstract. Daily Duties are mowing line trimming hedge shrub pruning garden bed maintenance (weeding clawing and raking) leaf blowing and clean up. ONLY APPLICANTS that have attached a resume and operated all the above noted maintenance equipment will be contacted. As it is the starting of the growing season we need people with experience as we will not be able to train on equipment.
