Must have at least 5 years current experience with thourogh knowledge of calculating income corporate partnership and K-1s. Must also have a complete understanding of how to originated up front disclosures and good faith estimates for new loans. You will be handling the loan files from beginning to funding after origination by loan officer. You will also need to be able to communicate with lending partners as well as different loan officers in a very professional manner verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Excel Calyx Point Microsoft Word important as well. You will be working for a very active mortgage broker office in Calabasas with high volume. Strong in purchase volume. Salary and bonuses will be negotiable based on current work experience.
