Looking for Concrete Subs

I am looking for highly motivated concrete sub contractor to join my concrete masonry team. I will be able to provide the right sub with year round work. I have had no luck finding the right crew that I am comfortable giving large scale work to. I have decided that during my qualifying process I will be using new subs on small 1 or 2 day jobs to see what your skill sets are before moving you along to a large scale project. I will pay 30 per hour while on these small jobs no exception no negotiations. If your work and attitude are what I think my company is in need of you will then be offered a sub position where you will tackle the large scale projects assuming your bid is within reason.Requirements Must have all tools necessary for all phases of concrete work from demolition to new pours.Must have reliable transportation Must have a cell phoneMust be able to work with minimal supervisionMust be able to work 40 hours
