Seeking Sales Manager with Project Management Experience We are a professional outfitting company that provides an array of hunting services and seeking a full time Sales Manager with project management experience. Applicant must have experience working with multiple phone lines great customer service skills experience in closing calls professional attitude must be organized and be very self-motivated. We are looking for a strong individual that can handle direct orders and be strong in closing sales. We are looking for someone that is strong and can handle a multitude of projects and tasks at any given time. Someone that handles the daily marketing tasks to ensure sales but also handles all communications from initial contact to scheduling and collecting payment. We are seeking a confident individual with hunting expertise and knowledge that can portray the confidence of the business they are representing through all communications. Job Status Full-time Base plus commission (on all incoming sales) Paid Bimonthly Office Loveland CO Benefits Always closed on Sunday Performance Based Bonus Plan No threshold on how much commission you can earn 10 Paid Holidays Sick and Vacation Access to 50 hunting locations on off days Potential to be in the media spot light Vendor sponsorship discounts (see our website) Applicant must be able to perform the following duties - Must have proper phone etiquette and professional skills. (Preferably with hunting experience and knowledge) - Must have such superb organizational skills allowing only minor room for hiccups. Once the owner gives a task the task is handled without the owner having to remind or follow up and a summary update of the task is provided without owner having to request. - Must be a self-starter that is driven by sales. - Must be able to do various tasks and complete by given deadline. - Be able to handle a multitude of new projects with minimal supervision and produce completed project by deadline. Applicant must be able to perform the following Sales Tactics - Must be able to answer track and close all sales calls that come through. - Must be able to create Sales Scripts and fine tune until displaying high success rate. - Must be able to track every inquiry that comes thru via email or phone call into the excel spreadsheet and be able to handle manage and close client. If client isn t closed it is your job to re-engage the client. - Daily Management of all Advertising Marketing in the business Email Blasts Craigslist Google Adwords Blog Facebook Creating New Marketing Brochures Flyers for Sportshows Creating Ads Instragram Twitter Linkedin - Implement new marketing ideas bring innovation and new sales to the business - Must be able to put together Powerpoint presentation for Jim s speaking segments - Successful point person from beginning to end stage with clients (collecting final payment and sending out communications) 1) Getting commitment from client to pay 50% deposit 2) Handling merchant services to ensure payment has been collected in a timely manner 3) Sending contract and ensuring it s signed returned by client in time 4) Ensuring final payment is collected 30 days prior to hunt 5) Managing all Guide s and their schedule with clients via Google Calendar.
