You first must find the breaker box and find the breaker switch and make sure to turn it off before you get a start.Cut the Hot and Neutral wire- After switching off the power unscrew the ballast covers and find Hot and a Neutral wire where Hotwire which usually covered in Black and Red a Neutral wire is usually a white color wire which completes the circuit back to electrical panel and once you find the Hotwire the Neutral wire will be on the same side.
