I am a single mother with two sons Chris(17) and Justin(11). I am lookig for a roommate RENT FREE The condition to it being rent free is i need a nanny for Justin while I work. Justin is a very loving child and is very easy to hang out with and have a ball. The hours will be flexible enough for you to also have a job if you need one. I will need you to wash dry and fold his clothes fix meals for him when I am not able to and I will also need you to help me keep the house up. Also I will need you to help him do his homework and study. Child care college credits are a plus but not required. I will set you up with an online child care course that is not so demanding that it takes up alot of your time. That way when you do decide to leave us you will be leaving with experience and education. Chris will not need any kind of assistance unless schoolwork comes up that he cannot handle on his own. He washes his own clothes and helps out around the house. I am willing to paint and decorate your room however you want it. I will also pay you a set salary. Salary will be discussed at the interview.
