CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (North Miami Beach)

Qualification 1 - You must be a nice person We are a small Telecommunications Company in the process of expanding. Currently we are seeking a Full Time Client Service Representative to add to our highly motivated and dedicated team. Your main responsibility will be to assist customer with activation process and input data into the system verifying details answer any questions the customer might have and reports problem areas. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude self-motivated strong & clear communication skills and work well under pressure. Our unwavering mission is to deliver 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time -Average computer skills including Internet Microsoft Outlook Office and Excel spreadsheets. -Position is Monday through Friday 8 45 AM - 5 00 PM -Reliable transportation is a must. -Compensation will be discussed at time of interview. -We have zero tolerance for employees whom check social media and text friends on company time.
