Looking for skilled individuals to perform repairs and maintenance on various properties within the Chicagoland area. English speaking two-man crews are suggested as many jobs would benefit most from this. This an excellent opportunity for the right persons as we are a growing company with much work to be done. This is a 1099 pay per job position (your are responsible for your own insurance & tax submissions) with 1-3 jobs a day to start & more depending on the individual s ability and ambition. Work would consist of winterizations lock changes property trash-outs lawn care snow removal etc. Training is provided as needed. The candidate would need their own transportation and having your own tools is highly preferred. Willing to train but those with previous experience in carpentry or handy-man type services are encouraged to apply.
