Floral Designers (Murrieta Lake Elsinore) compensation Based on floral experience Flower Shop in Murrieta & Lake Elsinore is hiring Full-time experienced floral designer that has a minimum of 3-5 years experience of designing in a retail shop. The person for this job must have excellent customer service skills a high level of enthusiasm & an outgoing warm friendly personality and be a team player. Your phone skills must be outstanding and you must be a hardworking reliable & honest self starter. Duties will include but are not limited to customer service designing flower arrangements cleaning buckets prepping flowers and keeping shop tidy. Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Must be comfortable with custom high style funeral and wedding event designs. Must be able to design creative custom arrangements as well as following recipes. Must be able to have a flexible schedule to start (Part-time to start) Must be responsible and the ability to show up on time (have own vehicle) Must be able to work with others and must be able to adapt to new ideas and take instruction. Must be able to answer phones and take orders comfortably along with walk-in front cooler sales. Use a cash register and a computer proficiently. Must be meticulous and have high quality standards and also be able to work at a fast pace. Must be able to work and stand for long hours around the holidays (Valentine s Day Mother s Day Christmas..) This is a full-time position.
