Though we are a large company our highly trained professionals are committed to providing the highest quality service.Position Responsibilities To be depended on to arrive at work at the prescribed time each day know full well that tardiness and absences from work will place hardship on fellow team members and disrupt client cleaning schedules. Wear appropriate uniform and personal protective equipment in accordance with the job you are performing. Learn specific cleaning techniques of the company based on time and motivation. Work smarter not harder. Uses cleaning products and procedures to clean residential homes. Sweeps vacuums and then washes all hard surface floors on hands and knees. Moves all reasonably moveable couches chairs and other furniture as needed and cleans under and behind. Keep equipment clean and working properly. Report any equipment malfunctions to the office. Report any broken items accidents or injuries promptly to the office. Secures homes including locking doors and windows and activating alarms without letting pets out. Report any security or safety violations to the office immediately. Report any emergency maintenance problems to include toilets and other water fixtures to the office immediately. Attend and participate in meetings as requested by the office. Mandatory to clock in out at each job site. Drive to specified locations where requested. Leave premises in a safe manner as to the condition it was found. Communicate effectively with the office and clients. Ensure customer satisfaction resolves customer issues and quality control before leaving home. Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Valid driver s license Current liability insurance on automobile Previous cleaning housekeeping experience highly preferred. House Cleaner knowledge skills and abilities Organization Strong and positive interpersonal skills Ability to understand and execute directives Ability to communicate with Management Ability to define specific uses of cleaning products Oral communication skills. Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions indicated on schedules. Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift 20 or more pounds. Reasoning skills Must be able to drive to and from various job sites. Drug screen and background checks required for all employees.
