Education and Career Fair Event Attendants We are pleased to assist in staffing for this one day event at Prince George Civic Centre for the Education and Career Fair on Tuesday March 10th 2015. Going into its 18th year the Education and Career Fairs have grown from the original two fairs in Vancouver and Surrey and expanded into new regions including Vancouver Island the Interior and North areas. Responsibilities You will be providing excellent customer service assisting with events following directions supporting event staff taking full directions from event staff. You will have excellent experience in customer service assisting with this busy day of students arriving hourly via bus transportation whom will be speaking with potential employers for their upcoming career search that could be this year or next. We require the following positions to be filled 1- Transportation Coordinator - Directing traffic of vehicles & buses and advising where to park 1 - Transportation Assistant 1 - Ticket Taker - To accept tickets at entrance from attendees 1 - Seminar Coordinator (Seminar Area)- To work side by side with Show Event Manager 1 - Exhibitor Information Coordinator (Information Booth) Registration Personnel - Working side by side with Show Event Manager 1 - Floater Personnel Please indicate which of the positions you would like to apply for in your cover letter & application Requirements You will have strong communication skills a pleasant and professional personality and a great background in customer service in retail or hospitality.
