PT Quality Engineer

Responsible for Quality System Maintenance doc control and customer audits maintaining our ISO 9000 certification maintain all QA instruments-PM and maintenance vendor relationships to ensure Quality of shipped product are good. Create and maintain company quality improvement activities to enhance the quality system. Conduct audits including closing out audit findings creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions. Root cause analysis and implementation of the corrective action of process related concerns and CAPA (corrective and preventative action) reports. Analyze failure corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints. Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data. Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system. Responsible for planning organizing and managing overall activities of receiving outgoing quality functions including raw material inspection and finish good inspection. Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure corrective reactions and preventive actions. Create and issue material certification using MS Word Excel and or Smart Sheets.
