DIRECTOR CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT AND ASSESSMENT University of Nevada School of Medicine Reno NV The University of Nevada School of Medicine s Office of Medical Education is seeking an experienced education professional who will oversee the development improvement and review of the medical school course curriculum. Across the past five years the UNSOM has successfully developed and implemented an integrated block-based Year 1-2 curriculum. We have now turned our sites towards improvement of students year 3-4 experience. Therefore this position offers employment in a dynamic learning environment with opportunities for impact curricular development and interaction with faculty students and staff. The position also manages the curriculum database and the development of the expanding scholarly concentration program. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s Degree from an accredited institution with emphasis or major in education medical education health education or related field and four years or a Master s Degree and two years of experience in the field of medical education and teaching or administration at the post-secondary or professional education level.
