Technical Support Analyst

Lick Sing Metal Manufacturing Ltd. is looking for a Technical Support Analyst. Job Description The Technical Support Analyst will be working to help solve IT desktop CNC machines support cases as well as proactively finding ways to create efficiencies and enhancements to current processes and systems. The Tech Support Analyst will also help plan deploy and train employees on new changes to IT desktop CNC machines systems as well as assist the General Manager with IT related projects and system updates.Responsible for - Manage and support issues on computing hardware (Desktops server network equipment) CNC equipment computer application and communication software - Monitor research and resolve issues by consulting user guides technical manuals and other documents - Communicate and advice users in resolved issues - Maintain and troubleshoot Antivirus System Backup System and database management systems and server - Record and maintain technical issues log for use by other technical support analysts on all Computing hardware CNC machines and application software - Participate in application design and business process improvement Requirements - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field - At least 3 years of working experience in providing technology support in a corporate environment - Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable and clear manner - Able to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills - Self-motivated ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills - Strong team player with positive attitude Salary 26.00 Hour How to Apply Email resume to licksingmetal(at)gmail.com
