Electrical Engineer (Senior Level)

The Dennis Group is currently seeking senior level Electrical Engineers. Headquartered in Springfield Massachusetts with offices in Atlanta GA Solana Beach CA and Salt Lake City UT The Dennis Group is a national engineering firm which offers complete planning process engineering facility development and construction management services exclusively to the food and beverage industries. Must be capable of designing and specifying the following systems Normal and Emergency power distribution system one-line riser and layout drawings Switchgear switchboards Distribution Panels panelboards and dry-type step down transformers Medium Voltage distribution equipment cabling terminations etc. Generators Transfer switches etc. Pad Mounted transformers Bonding and grounding Fire Alarm Systems Should be capable of performing the following design items Short Circuit Power System and Arc flash Hazard Analysis Studies. Voltage drop conductor de-rating and power factor correction calculations Lighting photometry calculations. A working knowledge of the following would be beneficial AutoDesk Building Systems 2010 (Electrical Systems and 3D layouts) NFPA 20 70 70E 72 101 110 & 450 IEE 1584 REQUIRED 10 years of experience (no entry level candidates will be considered) Candidates without a minimum of a Bachelors degree will not be considered.
