Report maintenance deficiencies to management. Treat all Guest and Employees with respect and uphold all company standards policies and procedures. Position Responsibilities Keep public areas including washrooms lobby elevators fitness center offices theater pool area game room entrance to the Resort and grounds clean and well maintained condition daily. Clean and maintain assigned areas according to the Resorts standards and established procedures. Use equipment and supplies as trained and properly. Complete daily projects as assigned following housekeeping schedule. Follow equipment care and maintenance procedures and uses proper equipment for job. Report maintenance problems to Front Desk or Supervisor immediately and follows up as needed Follow Resorts Key control procedures. Follow Safety and Lost prevention and Lost and Found and energy conversation guidelines. Report and Safety issue immediately to Management Use approved cleaning chemicals for designated areas according to the hotel regulations and requirements. Cross Train in other area of Housekeeping to assist as needed Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications High School or GED degree preferred. Good communication skills experience. Spanish as second language is a plus but not required. Six plus months of related experience necessary. Will provide training for one week.
