I m looking for a housemate to share my beautiful home on Perdido Bay. Private bath and bedroom. Fully furnished. Deck faces the bay to watch sunset moon rise dolphins and mother nature at her finest. I m not looking for a new FBB or friend with benefits. Prefer a male aviation student but not firm on that. Must be neat non-smoking. All utilities included in rent and some kitchen previleges. WifI and cable TV. Off street parking. Reference required and I will check them. This may sound like I m pretty strict but I m fun-loving and easy-going. Healthy neat respectful of others and expect the same of you. Pictures upon request.
