Our client is major bank is looking for a Voice Analyst- level 3 (VOIP and Cisco exp) This is for a 6 months contract with strong possibility of extensionIndustry Banking Location Mississauga ON Support in the VOIP and CISCO side of the business The role requires majority of the time to work from Evening or Night Shifts. There will be flexibility to work from home and but can be available to be onsite if the project situation demands so. The candidate should be able to provide availability for 24 7 support of monitoring functions This position plays an important role in ensuring proactive activities are in place within the Operational Readiness work stream Support operations group. The IT Analyst uses specialized software applications to analyze performance identify potential areas requiring redesign expansion or troubleshooting. The Analyst evaluates new monitoring and analysis tools and makes recommendations to for adoption or rejection. Ability to work on evening and night shifts Excellent customer service and coordination skills 5 years working with Level 2 support 5 years of Technical support in CISCO VOIP environment 5 years with Cisco Call Manager CCNA Certified 5 years with incident and problem management 5 years of providing Voice Cisco and Network support 5 years exp dealing with Escalations Solid exp with MS Office skills (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Access) Strong reporting skills Able to define report requirements. Ability to produce accurate and precise work detect discrepancies and resolve discrepancies while meeting deadlines.
