Estimator PM A small construction firm named Washington Waterproofing Inc. that s been in business for 16 years is looking for a mature professional that does not mind working out of a home office and that s punctual and self driven. The environment is very casual. We are looking for someone that is willing to provide some longevity to the position and grow with us and not just someone looking for a job. Must have Commercial Construction estimating experience Div 7 preferable. Must be proficient in different web sites abd take off tolls such as drop box Isf blue beam smart bid bxwa etc .no exceptions. The job description includes but is not limited to -Project management -estimating and submitting bids product submittals -scheduling -reading blueprints (hard copies and or online) -attend precon meetings -strong ability to multi-task Office hours 7am-3 30 pm Provide at least 3 references and Employment history Interviews are set up via telephone then in person.
