Below is a link to a sky drive with photos of my place. The room with the fan on the bed is the one I will be renting. 1drv.ms 1HXxZw1 This is a beautiful 1200 sq ft townhouse in an HOA. The 12 x 10 room has new carpet & paint. It has a new queen size memory foam bed with beautiful luxury hotel linens dresser and nightstand. The guest bathroom is right outside the bedroom and I have my own bathroom in my room. There is central heat air and internet access as well. I do have Directv here and if you would like access to the service it would cost about 6 month for the additional receiver. Washer & dryer are in the enclosed attached garage. There is storage for some boxes and bins in the garage as well as in the rafters of the garage. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi on. I am asking 750 including utilities provided they do not go up. I am not a moody person and prefer you not be either. You must be pet friendly as I have a dog here. I am looking for someone who is considerate and picks up after themselves cleans up in the kitchen when it is used and helps with everyday type maintenance to keep the home neat and clean. I enjoy watching TV when I m home hanging around the house.
