My client is a well-established printing and consulting organization located in Toronto ON. They are looking for a Mail and Courier Associate (mail and scanning exp) Length 12 months contract with a possibility of extension. Job Summary Mail and Courier Associate Candidates must be available to start by January 12th Responsibilities include Responsible for daily operations in the mailroom Sorting mail delivering boxes preparing and process couriers (Purolator) Resolving issues with packages Train and assist in other areas of service delivery - facilities and print shop support Courier packages are scanned and tracked with tracking system The position covers Reception lunches and vacation coverage Prioritize and distribute incoming mail Receive sort and process mail documents packages and supplies.
