Im looking for a dependable female roommate for at least 6 months. I am a guy who prefers having a female roommate as I have had issues with male roommates in the past. 2 rooms are available to choose from.....the larger is 325 per month and the smaller is 250 per month. 50 extra per mo. is for WiFi Internet and utilities (within reason). A deposit of 100 is needed in addition to one month s rent before moving in. Cable is extra and can be acquired by the tenant. Also I have a washer and dryer for use as well. No Pets are allowed due to Lease conditions (sorry). If a gamer....I have a PS3 and will be upgrading to a PS4 this Christmas. Hoping to make a genuine friendship as roommates n such.
