Works in the program areas of Family Planning Child & Adult Health including Women s Health Infectious Disease STD Immunizations Program. Performs client assessment provides treatment education and necessary referrals when indicated. Creates or participates in community outreach initiatives such as immunization clinics immunization audits health fairs safety programs etc. Assists in communicable disease investigation and management. Minimum Qualifications Current Georgia license to practice as a registered professional nurse. Certification in a Basic Skills Physical Assessment Course unless a BSN degree graduate.
